TRESCOTT
Some houses have good bones…but not mine. In this case the thing to do is knock it all down. Keep the foundation and build what you really want.

Status: Almost done! We'll be living there sometime in Summer 2024.
HILTON
Another farmhouse vibe here in Takoma Park. Designed with Architect of Record Eric Saul, this gut rehab for my neighbors expanded the first floor living area and added a full second floor.
Status: Done!
CENTRAL
Pop-the-top second floor addition. Craftsman inspired two story home in Takoma Park.
Status: Construction starting Summer 2024
