• Zoning Analysis for your lot, including setbacks, lot coverage, height limits and more
• Guidance on which secondary permits may be required (sediment control, right-of-way restoration, drainage, etc,) and how to complete them
• Guidance on meeting the new 2021 Energy Efficiency Code (and how you might be able to use the 2018 standards)
• Notice of other drawing and document requirements from Montgomery County Department of Permitting Services

• Beam sizing or any structural calculations (though I will provide advice on your structural design)

This is not an official Third Party Review, as that is not a currently accepted permit path in Montgomery County

Before you start your permit drawings so you know what the drawing requirements will be. The more you have to share the more I can help you.

*You do not need to be doing a project in Montgomery County to gain benefit from a plan review. If you're outside this area, I just won't have as much insight into the specific permitting process in your jurisdiction. We can focus more on design.
